Their compassion and understanding in such a horrible time was incredible and they guided me through the entire process, always aware of how scared and heartbroken I was. Their team were also amazing and were very understanding and patient with me, never pushing me and allowing me to say my goodbye to my mom in my own time. I think they literally waited for me for over an hour as I was struggling to let her go. From having to decide on the caskets, to the service, to the delivery of her Ashes, they were amazing from start to finish.
