(d) Website Analytics: We use Zoho Marketing Plus to monitor and analyse web traffic and to keep track of user behaviour on our site. Zoho Marketing Plus may collect information such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and pages viewed.
(e) Information for Quotes: When you use our online quote generator, we collect the information required to provide you with a quote, which includes your full name, contact number, and email address.
(f) Information from Contact Form: When you get in touch with us through our contact form, we collect your first name, email address, phone number, and the message you wish to send so that we can respond to your inquiry.
(g) Cookies: Our website may use “cookies” to enhance your experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you. You may choose to set your web browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly. Zoho Marketing Plus: We share information with Zoho as our analytics and marketing automation provider.
Cross-Border Data Transfers: Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of South Africa where the data protection laws may differ.
